  4. Lender orders appraisal; Seller completes required repairs.
  5. Lender and Buyer approve repairs; Attorney orders title insurance and survey.
  6. Closing date set; Buyer arranges insurance, confirms closing figures, and conducts a pre-closing walk-through.
  7. Buyer provides certified funds to Attorney’s Trust Account; transaction closes.

  4. Title received, reviewed by attorney, and back title and survey provided to our office.
  5. Payoff information provided for all mortgages and equity lines, and freeze any equity lines.
  6. Complete final tasks: Install detectors, get Certificate of Occupancy, order final water reading, transfer utilities, and prepare the house for walkthrough.
